TTRP RACING / PRODUCT SUPPORT

One-year seller warranty

Extra cover on products whose website listing states a one-year warranty. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Who provides the warranty?

The guarantor is Trading Parts UK Ltd, trading as TTRP Racing, company number 16192555, 19 Heathfield Rise, Rishworth, Sowerby Bridge, England, HX6 4RS. Contact orders@ttrpracing.com.

Duration and scope

This free seller warranty lasts for one year from delivery. It applies to direct website purchases delivered within the United Kingdom where the product listing advertises one-year cover. It covers manufacturing defects and failures to meet the product specification during that period. Keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

Making a claim

Email us with your order reference, the product and a description of the fault. Photos may help, but contact us if you cannot provide them. We will explain any inspection or return arrangements and cover reasonable return postage for a valid claim. Original packaging is not required.

Putting a covered fault right

We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund without charge and within a reasonable time. The appropriate remedy depends on the fault and your legal rights. This warranty does not reduce any entitlement you have to reject faulty goods or choose a statutory remedy.

The additional warranty does not cover a fault caused by accidental damage, misuse, incorrect installation or ordinary wear. An exclusion applies only where it caused the fault being claimed for. It does not exclude a defect that was already present or restrict your statutory rights.

Your legal rights continue

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their agreed purpose and as described. Your rights against the seller can continue beyond the one-year warranty. A manufacturer guarantee, if supplied, is separate. Warranty cover does not establish road-use approval or suitability for every vehicle.

Warranties advertised when you placed an earlier order remain available on the terms applicable to that order. Nothing on this page withdraws an existing promise.
