Delivery area: England, Scotland and Wales only. Northern Ireland (BT postcodes) is excluded. Please use an eligible delivery address when paying with PayPal.
Information about ordering directly from TTRP Racing. Please read these terms with the product details and our delivery, returns and privacy pages before paying.
Who you are buying from
TTRP Racing is the automotive parts brand of Trading Parts UK Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office and correspondence address is 19 Heathfield Rise, Rishworth, Sowerby Bridge, England, HX6 4RS. Email orders@ttrpracing.com for orders, fitment, cancellation or complaints. Contact us for return instructions. You do not need our approval to exercise your statutory cancellation rights; you may also send your cancellation or return to our correspondence address above.
Products and fitment
Read the individual description, specifications and pack quantity. Check your bulb fitting, part number, dimensions and vehicle details before ordering. Ask us if you are unsure. Vehicle names and reference numbers identify compatibility and do not imply a connection with the vehicle manufacturer. Installation should follow the product instructions and be carried out by someone suitably competent. Check the product’s road-use suitability before fitting.
Prices and payment
Website retail prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 20%. Standard Great Britain delivery is £2.99 per order across the TTRP range. Forge products have the separate delivery terms below. PayPal processes payment using the options it offers you. We do not collect card details on this website.
If a price or availability error affects your order, we will explain it and offer a corrected order or cancellation and refund. Any additional payment requires your agreement.
Your order
Select a product and quantity and complete PayPal checkout. We check payment before emailing your order confirmation. The contract is formed when we confirm your paid order by email. Tell us promptly if the details are incorrect or you need to cancel. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund any payment for it. Any alternative requires your agreement.
Delivery
Standard Great Britain delivery is estimated at 1–3 working days from your order, excluding weekends and bank holidays. This is an estimate. We will contact you if we become aware of a delay. Goods remain our responsibility until received by you or your nominated recipient, except where you independently arrange a carrier we have not offered. Cancellation, returns and refunds
UK consumers can cancel a distance order without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery, then have 14 days after notifying us to return it. Our 14-day change-of-mind policy is explained on the returns page. You pay change-of-mind return postage; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.
For a statutory cancellation, we refund within 14 days after receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method and include any standard outbound delivery charge paid. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods. Your separate rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain available.

Faulty goods and warranties
We must supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for their agreed purpose and as described. Consumers normally have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods. Depending on the circumstances, rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund continue after that period. Any advertised product warranty is additional to these statutory rights and does not replace them. Contact orders@ttrpracing.com for warranty support or a written copy of the applicable guarantee. VW / Audi supplier parts and bundles
Forge Motorsport parts are supplied to order. The parts basket is an availability request, not a paid order or stock reservation. We confirm availability, fitment, dispatch timing and a payment link before purchase. Prices include VAT at 20%. Delivery is £6.99 below £200 of Forge products after discounts, and free from £200. This is separate from the £2.99 delivery charge on TTRP stock orders. Eligible combinations of at least two different Forge product codes with £100 of products may receive 2% off, capped at £5; the basket shows whether a saving applies. Discounts do not stack. Removing items or changing quantities recalculates the total and delivery. Standard consumer cancellation and faulty-goods rights apply to these standard catalogue selections.
First-order offer
The 10% first-order promotion has ended. No new welcome codes are issued or accepted. If you already hold a code issued before this change, contact orders@ttrpracing.com before paying so we can review its original terms.
Problems, privacy and other orders
Email us with your order reference and a description of any issue. Nothing in these terms removes or restricts your statutory consumer rights. We do not exclude responsibility where the law does not allow us to do so. Our privacy notice explains how we use order and enquiry information.
Trade orders follow the written quote and terms agreed with you; consumer cancellation rights apply where you buy as a consumer. For Amazon or eBay purchases, use the marketplace’s order support process and terms.

These terms apply to direct website orders from the date below. Changes do not alter an order already placed. You can print or save this page using your browser. The law of England and Wales applies, while consumers retain mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction.
